The farmhouse, perched on a hill near the medieval castle of Poppiano - an ancient property of the Guicciardini family - was called "Podere Fossatole".
The origins of Casa Martini date back to the 70s, when my father Sandro bought it from the farmer who lived there with his animals.
For many years the house was lived in and loved by friends who came from every corner of the world, until the vocation to hospitality has also extended to external guests, who today can enjoy this place.
