Casa Martini is a farmhouse composed by 4 apartments, each of them has
an independent entrance and an open-air private space.
The apartments are constructed with stone and brick, and restructured with ecological materials to respect
the environment, furnished with natural elements typical of the Tuscan rural architectural tradition as wood,
"cotto" floor and "pietra serena", a typical grey stone.
All the apartments have any kind of comfort:
- air conditioning, cold -heat
- dishwasher
- hearth
- fridge
A common laundry and a common freezer are provided for guests in the laundry lounge.
Weekly change of bath and bed-clothes.
The farmhouse is provided with a large and free parking.
LA CASA DI DINO
It is the biggest apartment on two floors, with the old dove tower on the upper floor.
The apartments is composed of:
- kitchen with hearth
- living room with a sofa bed
- 1 double bed-room (possible add a single bed-room)
- 3 bath-rooms, 2 of them with shower
In the old vegetable pantry, the Casa della Marisa is composed by:
- kitchen dining-room, with hearth and sofa bed
- 1 double bed room
- 1 bath-room with shower
LA CASA DEGLI AMICI
The old pigpen is the place where all the family friends have always slept.
The apartment is composed by:
- big living-room with cooking area, hearth and sofa bed
- 1 double bed-room (possible add a single bed-room)
- 1 bath-room with shower
