Yogalates Retreat at Casa Martini-September 2017

De-stress, unwind and take some time away from the hustle and bustle for a four-night rejuvenating Yogalates retreat this September.

Thursday 7th - Monday 11th September 2017

This September I'm going to host a yoga retreat by Yogalates London.

The retreat runs from Thursday evening to Monday morning (7th-11th September) and includes a total of 12 hours tuition (an energising mix of traditional yoga and Pilates in the mornings, followed by guided relaxation & restorative yoga in the evenings). Classes take place in a temperature-controlled yoga studio on site and the number of participants is limited to ten, so you get the individual attention you need.

Time outside of classes is your own; you can choose to spend it relaxing by the pool, exploring the vineyards and ancient castles in the area or iconic Florence nearby.

Highlights include...

  • 4 nights accommodation in a beautiful 17th century villa 20km from Florence

  • Energising Yogalates classes every morning (dynamic blend of yoga postures and mat-work Pilates; building strength, tone, stamina and flexibility, bringing the whole body into balance)

  • Restorative/Hatha classes every evening (gentle yoga; deep stretching and diaphragmatic breathing to release physical, mental and emotional tension and resettle the nervous system. Mini-massages offered during class)

  • Daily guided relaxation

  • 3 organic, vegetarian meals provided per day (wine from the neighbouring vineyard offered with dinner)

  • Pizza & prosecco at a local restaurant on the last night

  • Guided walk (2-3 hours in the surrounding countryside)

  • Outdoor ecological swimming pool

  • Optional excursions (e.g. trips to nearby Siena & Florence, cookery classes, horse-riding, vineyard tours by bike or traditional horse-drawn cart)

  • Massage treatments available on request

To confirm your place on the retreat please email Bethan at bethan.morgan@gmail.com or call 07950695268.

Any questions don’t hesitate to get in touch!

Namaste,

Beatrice
